• Alcohol: Avoid consumption while taking Methycobal 500 Injection due to increased risk of dizziness and drowsiness. • Folic acid: Consult doctor to make sure right supplement is taken as consumption can mask symptoms of anaemia caused by Vitamin B12 deficiency. • Intramuscular Administration: Do not repeat injection in same place amd avoid densely innervated site.
Warning Precautions
- Do not use Methycobal for extensive periods with no clinical response - Do not use large doses if occupation involves handling mercury or its compounds - Limit use to one month unless effective - Use promptly after the package is opened, avoid exposing to direct light - Follow instructions carefully for intramuscular administration - Wipe the cut point of ampoules with alcohol swab before opening
