Dosage depends on indication. Always use as directed by your doctor. The capsules should be taken with a glass of water and swallowed whole.

Overdosage may cause symptoms of hypercalcemia such as anorexia, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, constipation or diarrhoea, polyuria, sweating, headache, polydipsia, hypertension, somnolence and vertigo.

Hypocalcemia means you have a lower serum calcium level than normal in your blood results. However, you may or may not present with symptoms. Possible presenting symptoms include tingling or twitching of your muscles.
Here are steps to manage hypocalcemia.
Eat foods rich in calcium. These include yogurt, cheese, milk, and dark green vegetables.
Take calcium and vitamin D supplements if needed.

Regular sunbaths may help your body to make vitamin D.
Monitor serum calcium and phosphate levels regularly and discuss with your doctor your diet and supplements to help manage this condition.
