Back acne is a skin condition that happens to most people. It is a nightmare to see red spots spread around your body. It can appear on any part of your body including your back which can disturb your appearance and pull your confidence. Back acne can happen for a variety of reasons. In most cases, you can get rid of acne through lifestyle changes and using natural ingredients at home. Here are some tips you can do to get rid of back acne:
1. Cleanse your skin
Make sure you use antibacterial shower gel to prevent the growth of bacteria and use a body scrub with the ingredients such as salicylic acid or salt to remove excess dirt and purities from your skin. Regular exfoliating can help you to remove dead skin cells that potentially clogs pores.
2. Change your cloth often
Back acne is often associated with the growth of bacteria during sweating. Make sure you always change your cloth and do not wear tight clothing that can easily trap dirt and sweat. Living in a humid country like Malaysia can cause excessive sweating, especially during the hot season. Therefore, make sure you choose lose cloth with highly absorbent material such as cotton to reduce the risk of getting back acne.
3. Tea tree oil
You can use natural ingredients to treat your acne such as tea tree oil which may help to kill the bacteria.
