Tresor Earthfood Pitted Prunes are high in vitamin A, C, and K, as well as iron, manganese, copper, and vitamin B6.
Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that is necessary for good eyesight. One prune provides 3% of the necessary daily vitamin A consumption.

Prunes are also abundant in potassium, which helps maintain healthy muscles, neurons, and the heart. Four to five prunes supply around 280 mg of potassium, or about 12% of your daily needs.
Prunes, which include both insoluble and soluble fiber, may help preserve gastrointestinal health by encouraging regular bowel motions.
