VitaHealth Mega B+C Complex Time Release Nutrition Tablet 130s is a combination of vitamin B and Vitamin C. Vitamin B is important in cell metabolism, energy production and healthy functioning of the body. Vitamin B is water-soluble and cannot be stored in the body and have to be replenished every day in the diet. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin contains strong antioxidant which protects the body against the harmful effects of free radicals and supports a healthy body system.
