The dosage regimen of the Xenical 120mg Capsule should be taken with food as recommended. It must be swallowed as a whole. When it is used simultaneously with daily physical exercise and a balanced diet, better efficacy is achieved. Unless the doctor advises you to do so, it cannot be taken in the long run. A fat-rich diet is discouraged while taking this medicine to achieve greater effectiveness.

This medicine can be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women only with a medical prescription. Quick Tips

Exercise regularly, avoid fat-rich food and maintain a balanced diet while on Xenical 120mg Capsule.
Best taken during or 1 hour after meals.
If you missed a meal or your meal contains no fat, do not take Xenical 120mg Capsule.
While onXenical 120mg Capsule, it is recommended to take multivitamin supplements that contains vitamins A, D, and K.
Do not take Xenical 120mg Capsule for more than 6 months at a time.

Xenical 120mg Capsule 84s is a lipase inhibitor. It blocks fat that is found in your meal from being digested to fats that can be absorbed into they body. If you miss a main meal or your meal does not contain any fats, then Xenical 120mg Capsule 84s does not need to be taken.
