Headache for more than a week

hi, today is my 8th day of having headache. this headache continues from day till night everyday. i have taken panadol for almost every day, the pain just slow down for several hours around 5-6 hours after i’ve taken the panadol & it’ll turn to the current pain. i took 4-5 pills a day to relieves the pain yet it still comeback. i tried to lessen the amount of pills i took but the pain is remain. the question here is why my headache wont leave me alone
