Cough, fever, flu. No travel overseas and no close contact with a person positively identified with Covid-19, but have contact with a colleague, who in turn, had contact with another person returning from an infected country

I am a lady in my mid-30s. I was down with flu, cough and fever at about 37.6 Celsius since last Thursday, and have since been recovering. I have not been to any of the infected countries, nor in close contact with any persons who have been positively identified with Covid-19. In my office, however, I am sitting next to a person who have had contact with another person that just came back from an infected country, and have since quarantined herself. My colleague do not have symptoms of Covid-19. We were in close contact for about 3 days. Should I be worried about my illness being related to Covid-19? Also, my workplace require a clearance letter for me to report back to work. Appreciate steps on what I can do. Thank you
