Fever, nose block but no cough

My son is 13 years old, schooling. Had fever, soar throat and nose blocked this Wednesday. But no cough. Went to clinic and was given 2 days rest. Today 3rd day still have soar throat and fever. Pls advise if it is possible Covid 19 or what should we do
