Period pains are ruining my life

I am a woman of 22 year old and I suffer from really bad cramps as well as vomitting and diarrhoea. During periods, I know I have to eat but I just can’t because I feel sick to my stomach when I do. I can’t even eat pain killers because when I do I have a tendency to vomit all of it out and feel sicker than I did before. Heat packs help but by the smallest amount. Most of the time I still feel a lot of pain and am unable to do anything.

The problem is my periods have a tendency to fall on days when I have big events or work meetings and sometimes I’m just not replaceable. Personally I don’t see the point in continuing my periods especially since it affects my lifestyle to the point where I feel like I’m letting everyone down.

Is there anyway to stop my periods permanently at this age so that I stop getting all these PMS and am able to live a proper life because at this point I am so fed up that I wonder if I could ever have a normal life when I’m forced to spend 3 days a month on leave on a bed suffering. Would it be possible to recommend the exact medication or procedure and how much it would be?
