I understand your concern regarding this issue of coronavirus since there’s an outbreak of the virus.
For your information, as someone who is currently waiting for result, B should be quarantined for 14 days. Nevertheless, if B must meet anyone, he/she must wear mask and keep distance at least a metre away from anyone else. As for A, he/she can resume his daily activity as close contact to B is define as someone who works in the same work environment, people who live with B, people who travel with B and people who work as a healthcare worker for B. If B is positive, there is a possibility of A need to be screened. As for C, he/she can carry out his/her daily activity.
