Slight Coughing and slight flu

Male, 28 years old.
I felt itchy in the throat and some coughing. Phlegm is transparent to white.
Had not go abroad nor contact with any diagnosed cases. but happen to met someone coming back from Singapore on early of March 2020 for around 15 minutes.
Body temperature around 36.5-37.1 Celsius throughout the time.
Slightly less energetic.
Slight feeling like flu and dry throat.
**I had sinusitis medication that completed on January 2020.
