Sore throat, short breathe, slightly diarrhea

im 31yo man, I’ve been getting sore throat since last 2 days, and after i visit the clinic they just gave me throat sweet. then the next day i felt it getting serious and i went to another clinic, the doctor gave me antibiotics. And today i feel my throat getting better but i feel a bit difficulties to breathe (short breathe) and hard beat fast, i also no appetite to eat and feel smtg wrong on my stomach, some sound from my stomach. Btw, i got no fever/flu and cough. I have visit sri petaling on 1/3, that time was having the praying event for muslim, i never talk with them but just passing by that area.
