4 year old has fever for 2 days

My daughter has had a fever for the past 2 days which we’ve been treating with paracetamol at least 3 times daily. Once the medication is administered her fever goes down but it still comes back and has not gone away completely. So far she is having just the fever but is not displaying any other symptoms like coughing, lethargy or shortness of breath. With the recent concerns regarding COVID19 I would like to know whether I should bring her to a regular GP/pediatrician or if she should be brought in for testing.
