1) How long will take for KKM to check and confirm for COVID-19 sample checking and what is testing method to test the sample?
2)All the government hospital is capable to conduct the test? Same goes to health clinic?

Thank you for your question. I understand that you are worried about contracting the COVID-19 virus .
- Most government hospitals provide screening for COVID19. You may also directly visit the hospitals in this list for a COVID-19 screening test. (Designated Hospital for COVID-19).
- Government clinics has isolated area for screening of COVID19. There, the doctors can assess your risk profile and refer you for screening test if you are a high risk patient.
- This depends on the amount of tests done. It may take up to 48 hours to receive the result.
- If you have symptoms after travelling to high risk area, please visit the nearest screening hospital or government clinic.
You may consult a MOH doctor by clicking Ask Doctor at the Ministry of Health website (COVID-19 Portal) to ask any health issues related to COVID-19 starting from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
