Hello, and thank you for contacting us

Need a second opinion from a specialist? Our Internal Medicine Specialists are here to help.

We truly understand your concern with regard to your current condition. However, our views would only reflect based on the description that you have brought forth into the forum.

From your complaints, we believe that your condition may have multifactorial causes that include potential:

  • Bacterial or viral infection
  • Dengue fever
  • Allergic Rhinitis
  • or other inflammatory response accompanied by musculoskeletal ailments

In order for us to provide you with an accurate choice of treatment and management, we need additional details to explore further into your current complaints which are fever and nausea.

Get a good rest with a definite restful sleep, that your dearly needed.

You should be worried if

  • the fever persists or becoming more intense
  • other symptoms arise such as sore throat, headache, vomiting, etc.
  • paracetamol tablets would not wind down the fever

Therefore, we greatly suggest that you refer this to your nearest medical doctor. You may also click on this link (DoctorOnCall) to speak with our doctors online. We assure you that our conversations are kept in confidentiality unless additional consultation needed with other medical parties. Thank you.
