Self Quarantine for Overseas Traveller

My family and I just came back from Dubaj UAE yesterday. My son started to develop coughing without any other symptoms, the rest of us are fine. I want to know whether my family should be stay at home for quarantine or not since I have not yet received any instruction to stay at home from my employer. Is it safe for me to go to work?

Thank you in advance for answering my question!
