Skin infection leading to constant itching

I’m woman in my late 20s and having a skin infection which leads to constant itching in my butt area. Somedays it dries off and skin peels and other days there is constant irritation. This has been over a year now, I mostly ignored it but its just the same. Hence seeking a medication for it.
