Yeast Infection, not sure how long has it been like this. Painless and not itchy. Worry it is not yeast infection but something else

Hi I’m a 20 years old girl with no sexual history. My skin at the perineum area(between vagina and anus) have some patches i assume are sores but I’m not sure whether what are they. It’s not itchy nor it is red or swollen. I tried applying tea tree oil for 2 days but the sores didn’t go away. Should I go to a GP? Or see a dermatologist? Or it is normal to have skins like rhat at the area?
