Extreme fatigue, body sore, numb hands, I think my brain is floating on top of my head for a year

25 y/o female student. For the past 1 year since pandemic quarantine, I’ve been experiencing very dry scalp, numb hands occasionally, numb body once during my period last 2 months, overthinking (very bad one) & it persists like as long as I am awake, I woke up to a very tired and uncomfortable body every morning (I am a coffee consumer, although I had 1, it helps a bit la), I woke up at 6.30am tired and at 8.30pm ish I am already tired, like really tired, I can’t do activities that use physical energy, I can stare or use my phone but cannot think but my brain still overthink stuff like when will this end, I think I have been associating every activities in my life with suicide/death (exercise til death, driving like accident soon, you gonna die, eat til your stomach explode), I easily get extremely cold in cold place, like in the car, I cannot be in aircond place for like 5mins, I will start jumping around because I cannot stand the coldness. I had menstrual cramp but during pandemic quarantine, the cramp has evolved into a whole body pain cramp and extra sensitive emotional wellbeing.

I planned to go to a clinic but clinics nearby requires appointment… And I honestly dunno if I will be available on the appointment date…
