Heartbeat fast edprcially at night
Why is it when i lie down about to sleep i can feel my heartbeat hard and fast? Especially on my left side neck

Basically when you lay down, you compress your stomach and chest cavity together, putting pressure on the heart and blood flow and increasing circulation.
