Blocked Nose without Flu or Mucus

I am 27yo and just come back from Umrah on 21/12/21. I was tested positive Covid-19 on 25/12/2021.

I have quite severe Resdung allergies since I was in high school and had several time paid my visit to ENT (year 2014) in goverment hospital because of Rhinitis. I was advised to use Nasal Spray, but I don’t really use it frequent. I only use it only twice (only for few days after doctor prescribe it to me. I don’t use it because I don’t have any trouble to breath unless i have flu; which is very normal to me and I still don’t use the nasal spray).

However, my condition get worse after i had to do my swab test before we depart to Mekkah. I got flu and had really bad time on plane for the whole 8 hours. My nose blocked and i got headache. But it stopped after few days. After I landed in Malaysia, I hv the same problems for 5 days until my 2nd swab test revealed I’m positive Covid 19.

I was released by KKM from quarantine on 04/01/2022. Somehow I got fever on 05/012022 where my body temperature was 37.4 for 2 days and I fully recovered after 3 days.

My current issue is, my nose blocked all the time which I cannot breath properly. I tried not to breath using my mouth since I still have cough as my Post Covid Syndrome, also because I don’t want to get phlegm. Due to this problem, feel stuffy in chest and lack of breath, hence I started using nasal spray again after years. I have to spray 2 drops twice per day only for me to breath properly. Otherwise, I would have difficult time and my breath will sound so loud because of me struggling to breath. This is happening since I have the fever until now.

Kindly let me know whether I should be worried about my issue or it will go away after few days or weeks. Thank you.
