Dog bite wound still bleeding after 9 days

Hi, I got bitten by neighbour’s dog on foot about 25cm above ankle right around the foot muscle (pitbull just given birth ) on 14/1. wound is 1 deep puncture and scratches around.

have already went to General Hospital and gov Dog Bite Clinic. Doc did not give me any rabies shot because he said it is low risk (maternal aggression, dark environment etc) and observe the dog for 14 days.

Got my tetanus shot, antibiotics, wound cleaned by GH. Wound bleed for a few days then stopped around 5th day (antibiotics course finished). Scabs formed.

Then suddenly 3 days ago the blood started seeping out again, and then turn clear/swirl with blood. the drainage isn’t serious, just about 1 to 2 drops per half an hr. no found smell or other color, just clear slightly yellow and red swirl.

went to pharmacy and they give me Hyalo4 skin cream and plaster. already 2 days still same.

is this any cause for concern?
