Ear inflammation cause body hot or other disease

Im 21 years old female. Half month ago, i start feeling my hands and the back of my head and neck were very hot(only these particular part were hot ,other part of body was normal) but after eating panadol for two days ,the hot has recovered. After recovered, I start feeling my head is jumping like heart until now and sometime i still can feel the slightly heat at these particular part. Yesterday ,i went to clinik for my ear problem(already one and half month) ,the doctor said is ear inflammation and my body temperature is 37.5. I want to ask is it the heat of these particular part is related to my ear problem or other disease (like bacteria infections of brain or meningitis) or covid 19?

In general, different part of our body have slightly different temperature than the other and it was normal. Moreover, it is very subjective especially if you’re comparing your body temperature with your other part of body.

On top of that, it is not related to ear infection, meningitis or COVID-19. In these disease, the body would generally become hot because of the fever.
