Hello and good morning.
Thank you for your question.

Based on your question, I understand that you are worried about your problem. I will try to help you.

For your information, twitching of the toes, often known as tremors or spasms, can be caused by a number of different illnesses. Numerous them are caused by brief disruptions in your cardiovascular system, muscles, or joints. Others may be related to the amount of exercise you do or the foods you eat.

Twitching of the toes may be due to:

  • Circulation problems
  • Muscle stretching or muscle discomfort
  • Joint complications
  • Deficiency of nutrients
  • Damage to the nerves
  • Conditions affecting the central nervous system (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy, spinal muscular atrophy, and muscle weakness (myopathy)).

I recommend that you consult a doctor for further treatment and examination. You can contact our doctor online for further information and treatment.

I hope this answer helps you. Thank you.
