Stroke after Coronary artery bypass grafting

My dad 72 years old, and recently got ischemic stroke right after coronary artery bypass graft surgery at IJN.

17 March - CABG surgery.
19 March - got CT scan result, diagnosed with ischemic stroke, cant move at all, cant speak, tube feeding.
25 March - able to move right hand and head slowly, but still cant speak and tube feeding.
27 march - transferred out from ICU ward, to HDU ward.

until today no any significant improvement on his condition. right now he still cant speak and eating using tube.

i want to ask, beside stroke rehabilitation at hospital, is there any way to help on his recovery at home?
such as supplement, equipment, or therapy.

i bought some supplement for my dad, but i have wait for him back home before i can give it to him, right now he still in HDU ward at IJN.
i bought Fish Oil for DHA and Citicoline, does those supplement i bought can help with ischemic stroke recovery? afraid those supplement could worsen his condition.

what maximum dosage of those supplement that i bought can my dad take?
any other supplement suggestion?
any suggestion how to take care of my dad?
any suggestion of home equipment should i buy?
