Dr. Chong Kuoh Ren berpengalaman hampir 20 tahun dalam menangani masalah kesihatan wanita dan pemeriksaan kehamilan. Setelah menamatkan pengajian sebagai pakar daripada Universiti Malaya dan RCOG di London, Dr. Chong melanjutkan pelajaran dalam pembedahan laparoskopi (key-hole). Tumpuannya sekarang adalah pada rawatan kesuburan lanjutan, termasuk IVF generasi ke-3, Ujian Genetik Pra-Implantasi (PGT), Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA), dan rawatan Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Pesakitnya berasal dari negara-negara ASEAN (Indonesia, Singapura, Thailand, Vietnam), dan lain-lain, termasuk China, Australia, UAE, India, dan Afrika.
