Old Father with Headache and Vomiting

Hi Doctor. My father was admitted to hospital earlier this month for 1 week as he fall on his head but only have injury on his ear. Scan shows that they are no blood clot or fracture on his head. After he was discharged from the ward, my father always have a headache and vomit at least once a day. My father also cannot sit for long and can only lay on the bed after the discharged. What your opinion on this matter and what action that I need to do as I do not think that he is capable to go to clinic for checkup.
