Irregular periods and sleeping disorder

Hi doctor, i’m a 23 yrs old woman and i’ve been through irregular periods since last year’s mco. My periods has been delayed for 2 months for a few times and when i’m on period, it only lasts for 3 days but the blood was really dry on the first day and not that much. Looks dotted on the pad. Not only that, it took hours for me to fall asleep during the night. Sometimes i can’t fall asleep at all. This caused me to fall asleep in the morning but only for awhile. What should i do doctor?
