Having Trouble sleeping
Hi Doc , just wanted your advice on what should I do. It’s been a month now that I have trouble sleeping at night , and if i did i only sleep for 2 hours or less . I’m at the peak where i took a sleeping gummies with 3mg of melotonin to help me sleep. the pass few days it works it helps me sleep but then last night i took 6 of the gummies but i still can’t sleep . Idk how to explain but I don’t actually overthink my brain just idk works at night?
