Missing period and green discharge
Hi im a 23 yo woman, not a sexually active and a virgin. Ive missed my period for 3 months. Ive experienced dark green discharge once. What cause this?

An irregular menstrual cycle is experienced when the range between your period changes frequently. For your information, there are various causes of irregular menstruation such as:
- Stress disorders
- Unstable hormones (due to medications or disease disorders)
- Sudden weight loss or increase
- Use of certain medications
- Exercises that do not comply with the correct guidelines
- Medical problems - polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or thyroid problems
- Thickening or polyps on the lining of the uterus and uterine fibroids
- Breastfeeding
- Hormonal contraceptives: Contraceptive pills or IUCD

- it interferes with your daily routine

The most common cause of green vaginal discharge is a sexually transmitted infection known as trichomoniasis. The discharge often has a foul odor and is typically more yellowish- green than pure green . Intercourse and urination may cause discomfort, and the genital area may be itchy.
