I am works on my fingers about 3 days continuously 2 weeks ago. After the second day, I have numbness on both of my hand. I thought its normal because I using my hand more harder compared my daily routine. But when the pain n numbness not getting better. I went to pharmacy and they suggested me to buy vitamin b complex. Now, my hand still feel the numbness but the nerves pain gradually sooth down. So I want to ask it is okay for me continuously consuming vitamin b complex? It is okay for me to consume ginkgo pills for my blood circulation of my nerves? If I consume both vitamin b complexs and gingko, it is harmful to my kidney? Do I need medicine for my nerves such as neurobion?
