Secondary amenorrhea

I am a 19 y/o girl. I’ve been referred to the gyno for secondary amenorrhea this november. Until September, my period didn’t come for 6 months and before the latest period, it didn’t come for 7 months. For the latest check up at the clinic, the UPT test is negative and no abdomal pain. They made a scan and there is no cyst (written in the refferal letter). Btw my BMI is near to obesity. My weight gained from 55kg to 60kg in just a month and the irregular period started. From December 2019 to September 2021, my period just came twice (once in July 2020 and once in March 2021 ( I’ve given a pink pill from the clinic)). I also have acne problem. I know it is not a serious condition but i have a curiousity. What actions that are possible to be taken in my first appointment? I just a bit worry because my final exam will be in December. Thank you for answering me😊
