   As a participant of the i-Medi Rider and i-Medi Shield Rider under the i-Great Evo plan from Great Eastern Takaful, your consultations are absolutely FREE. No payment is required.

2. What are DoctorOnCall’s operation hours?

   DoctorOnCall is available 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm (including public holidays).

3. I have just purchased my medications from DoctorOnCall’s E-Pharmacy. When will I receive them?

   Depending on your preferred delivery option and availability, you may receive your order within the same day.

4. What can I do if I forgot my password?

   You can go to https://www.doctoroncall.com.my/patient#/signin and click ‘Forgot Password’ to change a new password.
