DoctorOnCall is your digital health platform. We provide pharmacy services directly to you and facilitate connections with independent healthcare professionals.

• Our Responsibility: DoctorOnCall manages all product listings, sales, and fulfillment for our pharmacy services.
• Professional Responsibility: While we facilitate your access to them, healthcare providers are independently responsible for their own medical advice and treatment decisions.

Your Account

• Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Please keep your login credentials safe.
• Unauthorized Access: If you notice anything suspicious or unauthorized on your account, let us know immediately so we can assist you.
• Account Status: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for safety reasons, fraudulent activity, or violations of these terms.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. Users under 18 must have the direct involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Communication Consent: By creating an account and using our services, you consent to receive service-related communications from DoctorOnCall via email, WhatsApp, or other contact methods provided.

Healthcare & Medical Safety

• Not for Emergencies: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.
• Teleconsult Limitations: Our medical advice is based on the information you provide. We cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes, and some conditions may require an in-person physical examination.

Product & Ordering Policy

• Prescription Medication Notice: Certain products on our platform are classified as prescription-only (Rx). By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that your order is subject to review and verification by our licensed pharmacists. We reserve the right to withhold shipment or request further clinical information if required by law or safety protocols.
• Pre-order & Inventory Policy: For items marked as “Pre-order,” the estimated arrival dates provided are based on current supply chain information. While we strive for accuracy, these dates are estimates and subject to change due to logistical factors beyond our control. In the event of long-term stock unavailability or discontinuation of a product, we reserve the right to cancel your order and process a full refund.
• Personal Use Only: DoctorOnCall services are intended for personal health and wellness use. You agree not to purchase products for the purpose of commercial resale or distribution. We reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders that we determine, in our sole discretion, violate this policy.

Fees, Taxes & Billing

• Transparency: All applicable fees and taxes are clearly displayed during checkout.
• Compliance: We issue e-Invoices in compliance with LHDN requirements. Please ensure your billing information is accurate to avoid any processing delays.
• Teleconsultation Fees: Teleconsultation fees are payable at the time of booking and cover the professional services of the healthcare provider.
