The consultation duration may vary depending on your health concern and the doctor’s assessment. Our team will work to connect you with a doctor as soon as possible after your consultation request.

How will the doctor contact me?

After your consultation request is accepted, the assigned doctor will contact you through a phone call from our official number or through video consultation, depending on the consultation method available.

Can I consult a doctor online for medication refill?

Yes. Online consultations can be used for certain medication refill requests, subject to the doctor’s assessment and approval.

How will I receive my prescribed medicine?
