Reviewer Feedback & Operational Concerns

  • Dispensing Policy – Table Formatting (Section 2): The markdown syntax within the “Medication Categories” table (specifically the asterisks surrounding “Group B”, “Group C”, and “OTC”) is inconsistent and contains extra characters. Please clean this up to ensure the table renders correctly.
  • Return & Missing Item Window (Return, Refund & Exchange Policy Sections 4 & 7): The current policy requires customers to report issues via WhatsApp within “1 day” of delivery. This is an extremely short window that may lead to customer friction. Please review if this aligns with our support capabilities and patient needs.
  • Teleconsult Cancellation Policy (Order Cancellation Section 2): The policy states we will cancel orders after “5 attempts” of contact over “2 business days.” Please confirm if this volume of contact is necessary or if we should adjust this to be less aggressive.
  • Redelivery Fee (Failed Deliveries Section 8): The policy states that a flat “RM5 fee” will apply for redelivery. Given current logistics costs, please verify if this fee is intended as a token amount or if it should be adjusted to better reflect actual operational costs.
  • Singapore Advisory (Shipping & Delivery Policy, Section 5): The policy currently references a threshold of [SGD 400]. Please update this to the equivalent value in RM, as our platform operates exclusively in RM and does not display SGD values.
  • Important: Do not remove or alter any bracketed text or color-coded placeholders throughout this document. These are intentional placeholders for dynamic content that will be configured in our platform later.
