Unlike my bad experiences going to government hospital and clinic where the female doctors told me to go private hospital and unwilling to give me the correct dosage for my infection. I was charged few thousands going to private clinic and was diagnosed wrongly. DoctorOnCall customer service are extremely good.. patient.. email replied within hour.. unexpected fast response and quick follow up with whatsapp. Delivery malay guy is friendly. Although the medicine was given different cheaper brand by the pharmacy but they promise for refund. Very happy experience and definitely will recommend this to everyone.
