  2. Member confirms the delivery address and remit payment
  3. Member may submit the claim for possible reimbursement under the medical insurance policy (subject to Insurer's policy terms and conditions)

Please note that there will be a delivery charge for RM10 per delivery (Delivery charge is waived for purchases above RM100)

  1. What are the types of medications that I can obtain from DoctorOnCall? DoctorOnCall can dispense a broad range of medications based on your doctor's prescription. However, certain specialty medications require a special order or may not be available via our pharmacy partners. DoctorOnCall shall notify you accordingly of these circumstances.
  2. Do I have to pay for the delivery and is the delivery claimable under the Insurance policy? Members must pay for the delivery fee and medical insurance policies does not cover for delivery charges.

  4. How much is the delivery fee?Nationwide delivery is free for purchase above RM100. Otherwise the fee is RM10 for nationwide delivery (regardless of the total combined weight)
  5. How long do I expect for my medications to be delivered?Delivery can be fulfilled within the same day in major cities. However, it may take up to 1-3 business days under the current situation.
  6. How long can I continue to use this convenient service?Members may continue to use this service as necessary to purchase their medications. For claims reimbursement, the medications will only be reimbursed by the Insurer in accordance to the policy benefits and terms & conditions.
  7. What are the payment methods available?Member can pay conveniently via Credit Card, Debit, Card, FPX (Online Banking Transfer), Boost, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank QRPay and NET QR.
  8. How do I submit the medication claim for reimbursement?Members may submit their claim for reimbursement to the Insurer in accordance to the existing reimbursement process. You may seek further clarification from your Insurance agent or the Insurer's website on this matter. The supporting documents for claims reimbursement includes:
    - Copy of Prescription
    - Order summary (bill breakdown)
    - Receipt

How soon can I expect a response from DoctorOnCall once my request is submitted successfully?If your request is submitted before 6pm, a Patient Care Consultant from DoctorOnCall will reach out to you within an hour. However, if your request is submitted after 6pm, you will hear from us the following morning
