Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone may be safe to use during pregnancy. No studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone is probably safe to use during lactation. Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone can be used from birth onwards.
