Efficacy of Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip) decreases if patient is taking alcohol and patient easily become intoxicated when taking alcohol along with it, increasing the side effects of Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip).

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)

Animal studies revealed that Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip) given at very high doses showed effects on organ development, bone tissue formation, and neonatal mortality. However, teratogenic effects were not observed. Nevertheless, limited data available on the safety of Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip) in human fetal risk. Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip) should not be used in pregnant women.

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)

A quite significant amount of Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip) is excreted into the breast milk, therefore, Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip) should not be used while lactating however it is not necessary to discontinue breastfeeding after a single dose of this medication

Driving Warning (Not Advisable)

Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip) may cause side effects such as dizziness, headches, nausea or palpitations, all of which could affect the ability to concentrate and drive.

Kidney Warning (Use With Care)

Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with care in patients suffering from kidney diseases especially advance chronic kidney disease as its systemic elimination is reduced.

Liver Warning (Use With Care)

In patients with hepatic insufficiency, the removal of Acugesic 50mg Tablet 10s (strip) is delayed, therefore it should be used cautiously.

Acugesic 50mg Tablet is usually used for not more than 5 days. If you are using it for long term, you will need to regularly follow up with your doctor.
Repeated usage of Acugesic 50mg Tablet may develop in physical and psychological dependency even at acceptable doses.
