Avamys 27.5mcg Nasal Spray Suspension

Avamys 27.5mcg Nasal Spray Suspension is a corticosteroid nasal spray manufactured by GSK, containing Fluticasone Furoate 27.5mcg per spray. It is used for the treatment of nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as a blocked, runny, or itchy nose, and sneezing, whether caused by seasonal allergens (such as pollen) or year-round triggers (such as house dust mites and pet dander). As a topical corticosteroid, it works directly at the lining of the nose to reduce inflammation associated with allergic reactions.

• Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g. ritonavir, ketoconazole) may increase systemic exposure to fluticasone furoate
• Use with other corticosteroid medicines (oral, inhaled, or topical) may increase overall steroid exposure

• Gently blow your nose before each spray to clear nasal passages

• Report any persistent nosebleeds or nasal sores to your doctor
• Do not share your nasal spray with others
