- PDE5 inhibitors used for erectile dysfunction (e.g. sildenafil, tadalafil) may increase the risk of dizziness or fainting when taken with dapoxetine
- Alcohol increases the risk of dizziness, fainting, and other central nervous system side effects and should be avoided
