Xepa Melicron 80mg Tablet contains Gliclazide 80mg, a second-generation sulfonylurea used to help control blood glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is typically prescribed alongside a healthy diet and regular physical activity for patients whose blood sugar is not adequately controlled by lifestyle measures alone.

Xepa Melicron 80mg Tablet is a prescription-only medicine in Malaysia. Gliclazide works by stimulating the beta cells of the pancreas to release more insulin, and by increasing the sensitivity of peripheral tissues to insulin, which together help lower blood glucose levels. • Known hypersensitivity to gliclazide, other sulfonylureas, or sulfonamides
