- Remove test stick from foil wrapper and Remove Replaceable Overcap - Hold test stick by Thumb Grip with Absorbent Tip pointing downward and Result Window facing away from body - Place Absorbent Tip in urine stream for 5 seconds (or immerse entire Absorbent Tip in urine for 5 seconds if preferred) - Replace Overcap and lay test stick on dry flat surface with Result Window facing up - Observe pink colour in Result Window to indicate the test is working - Read results at 3 minutes, but within 10 minutes
