The Blackmores Bio Zinc Plus contains zinc with key nutrients including magnesium, manganese, vitamin A and vitamin B6 to support healthy skin and boost the immune function.
Store in a dry place below 30˚C, away from direct sunlight.
Side Effects
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
Side effects are rare, unless taken at high doses.
If the following symptoms, or any other worrying symptoms occur, stop usage and seek immediate medical attention:
Constipation.
Diarrhoea.
Upset stomach.
Nausea.

- Keep out of reach of children. - The recommended daily intake of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalent for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalent for men.

When taken in excess (more than 3000 micrograms) of retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. Please consult your doctor prior to usage if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy. Consult your doctor if you are currently breastfeeding too.
About Blackmores Bio Zinc Plus Tablet 90s
Zinc is one of many nutrients that are important for normal bodily functions. It can be found in a variety of foods such as red meat, chicken and other fortified cereals. Adequate levels of zinc are important for the immune system. It also supports the body's metabolism and aids in maintaining healthy skin and wound healing.
Vitamin A is abundant in foods such as leafy green vegetables, brocooli, sweet potatoes etc. and vitamin B6 can be found in poultry, soy beans, oats etc.. Having a balanced diet can ensure an adequate intake of zinc and other vitamins, but supplements such as Blackmores Bio Zinc Plus Tablet is another source of these and can only assist when dietary intake is inadequate.
