Nasal congestion is a common symptom that can happen to anyone, any time of the year. This can be cause by the common cold, a viral flu, or allergies. Other conditions such as nasal polyps or trauma can also cause nasal congestion, which will need medical attention.
If the blocked nose is caused by a common cold or allergens, here are some tips to relieve it:
Using products such as Nuvalectranal Capsule to break the mucus in the nasal cavity. It allows the mucus to be broken down and clear up the nasal passages.
Breathing in steam from warm water may help thin out the build-up mucus. Be cautious not to use water that is too hot to prevent risk of burns.
Use an air humidifier. Dry air can cause nasal irritation and a blocked nose. Humidifying the air can reduce the irritation.
Staying hydrated is important for the body to regulate the production and removal of mucus.
