Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water – do not open, chew, or crush the capsule, as the contents can be irritant and hazardous if inhaled or if it contacts the skin or mucous membranes. An anti-sickness (anti-emetic) medicine is usually taken before each dose, as prescribed by your oncologist.
Dosage
