1. By participating in this campaign, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the campaign without any prior notice including the quantum of rewards and the applicability of rewards.

4. This campaign is open to all DoctorOnCall retail, corporate, and insurance customers only.
5. Cash rewards are ONLY APPLICABLE on purchases directly made through the online pharmacy platform. For clarity, only purchases made through https:www.doctoroncall.com.my/medicine are qualified for rewards
6. Cash rewards are NOT APPLICABLE for testing services (i.e. COVID19 drive thru, in-clinic and home testing services) and purchases made from any other sources or channels including online clinic prescriptions, email channels or other channels apart from the online pharmacy.
7. Cash rewards are also NOT APPLICABLE for doctor telehealth services via chat, call or video and booking services. No rewards shall be given for services under these categories and rewards are not able to be used on these services.
8. Rewards redeemed can only be used on the online pharmacy platform and not redeemable for any other services within the DoctorOnCall platform.
9. Rewards are not exchangeable for cash in any form.
10. Rewards cannot be used on other promotions.
11. The validity for rewards redeemed is 1 (ONE) year.
12. Rewards can only be used ONCE per purchase. If the applied reward is more than the total purchase value, the balance will be forfeited.
13. If for any reason a reward code is used more than once, the organizer reserves the right to reverse the redemption and cancel any associated orders.
14. The organizer reserves the right to ban individuals who partake in fraudulent activities and reverse any redemptions or orders related to fraud.
15. Only purchases made after 7th May 2020 will be rewarded.
16. All cash rewards will have a 2 weeks cooling period before they are confirmed into your account.
17. The decision of the organiser is final and no appeals shall be entertained.
