Tapcom-S Ophthalmic Solution 0.3ml is a prescription eye drop that belongs to a class of drugs called ophthalmic combination medications, which typically help reduce pressure in the eyes when prescribed by your eye specialist. It contains two active ingredients – Tafluprost and Timolol. While using this solution, you may experience some side effects like eye irritation, blurred vision, watery eyes, or slight redness. Use Tapcom-S Ophthalmic Solution 0.3ml exactly as prescribed—typically by instilling one drop into the affected eye(s) daily, usually in the evening.

The standard recommended dose is one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily; do not exceed this frequency unless advised by your ophthalmologist.

Tapcom-S Ophthalmic Solution 0.3ml has a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, it should be used within 28 days.

Keep the product in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Do not freeze, and ensure the bottle is tightly closed when not in use.

Do not use Tapcom-S if you have asthma, severe COPD, heart block, sinus bradycardia, or are allergic to any of its ingredients. It should also be avoided in patients with known hypersensitivity to beta-blockers or prostaglandin analogues.

Tapcom-S may interact with other beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, digoxin, or other medications affecting blood pressure or heart rate. Alcohol does not interact directly with eye drop efficacy, but excessive intake should be avoided for overall health balance.
